Jo Ann Corkran

General Partner

Jo Ann Corkran is a managing partner of Golden Seeds Venture Fund, Golden Seeds 2011 Fund and Golden Seeds Innovate New York Fund; these venture capital funds invest in high-potential, early-stage companies with gender diverse management and founding teams. She is also Co-CEO of Golden Seeds LLC, a nationwide investor network with a similar investment thesis. Jo Ann serves on the board of directors of Work Truck Solutions and Elise AI Technologies.

Matias Healy

Senior Analyst

Matias Healy is an experienced venture capital professional who participates in due diligence and assists in the management of the Fund's portfolio companies. He served as Board Observer at Donde Search (acquired by Shopify).

Alison Hart

Finance Director

Alison Hart is a financial services and communications professional with international experience in marketing, sales, investor relations, account management, financial and project roles.

Deb Kemper

General Partner

Prior to Golden Seeds Ventures, Deb was a McKinsey & Company consultant, serving clients in the energy, utility, electronics, and healthcare sectors. Her investment focus is high growth companies in the advanced technology, health care, and software sectors. She is a Board Member at Terecircuits, Inc. and Crowdsmart.ai. She is Board Observer at Day Zero Diagnostics, NopSec, SunRay Scientific and 99Degrees. Deb also serves on the Council of Advisors of USA Girl Scouts Overseas. Deb graduated from Cornell University’s College of Engineering, and now serves on several alumni advisory boards.
